In addition to being a consulting integrator in information system management and optimization solutions, G4 is also a training organization and as such delivers numerous training courses around the solutions that have been deployed.

WHY TRAIN WHEN THE PROPOSED SOLUTIONS ARE MORE AND MORE EASY TO ACCESS?

The advent of the Internet has made management solutions more and more accessible. However, the operating mode varies from one company to another, leading to a significant range of configuration possibilities. The objective of G4 is to ensure the transfer of knowledge regarding configuration to its customers.

HOW DOES TRAINING WORK?

After establishing your requirements, we work with you to design you a training course based on a training plan, which will include a description of :

The objectives during the first requirements interview and diagnosis of the need
Educational resources (contributions, exercises, scenarios etc.)
The prerequisites, depending on the target audience within your organization
Monitoring of evaluations (at the start of training, on-the-spot at the end of training and again after a few days)
The duration

FINANCING YOUR TRAINING :

IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE

The vocational training of employees, at the initiative of the employer, is implemented by means of the skills development plan (previously called “continued training plan”).

IF YOU ARE SELF-EMPLOYED OR A FREELANCER

You must contact the Training Insurance Fund (French: FAF) under which you fall. Depending on your sector of activity (trade, medical, industry and services etc.), your FAF may be: FIFPL, AGEFICE, FAFCEA, etc).

The training fee is adapted to the audience and to the type of training

Training plans are available on request and depending on the proposed solution.
We adapt our offer to the level of qualification of the teams and specific requests, so that our service provides the trainees with as much knowledge as possible. We can thus enhance our training with additional business fields upstream of the software training.
An estimate of the proposed training plan will then be given to accompany.
