Since 2016, ScoreFact has been providing a European benchmark for measuring customer satisfaction dedicated in the IT sector. Its distinctive feature: the audit is conducted annually and covers the entire client base. Decision-makers at each client company are contacted directly, within a structured and confidential framework. Each year, ScoreFact gathers feedback from over 57,000 end customers and supports more than 200 companies in the industry. This goes far beyond a standard satisfaction survey.
